I reserved a unit went there before I signed lease. Realized it wasn't big enough. So I rented a bigger unit. They charged me automatically for the one I reserved. Haven't given my $30 deposit back. So I did a stop payment. Now I'm locked out of the building and can't get to my unit. I have called emailed and Facebook. No response

i rented 1 unit and downloaded the app and seen that i could edit the unit number and could pick from a list of available units and your charging me for 2 units if the customer cant edit the unit number on the day of reservation then it shouldn't he a option on the the app
